MB3000: This high-performance FTIR spectrometer is designed for advanced infrared gas analysis and features a double-pivot Michelson Interferometer with integrated health monitoring capability. The MB3000 has a resolution better than 0.5 cm⁻¹, a 50,000:1 signal-to-noise RMS ratio, and a spectral range of 485 to 8,500 cm⁻¹.
Its applications include hazardous biological and chemical agent monitoring, FTIR gas analysis of solar PV process gases and emissions, moisture measurement in ammonia and HBr, and monitoring semiconductor process gases.
